For $100 we replace the satellite estimate with real measurements and a manufacturer-engineered layout for your roof.

1EagleView measurement. We order a professional aerial report of your roof: every plane's size and pitch, plus the ridge, hip, valley and eave lengths.
2Manufacturer layout. Roofit or SolRoof engineers the panel layout for your roof from that report, with expected production.
3Refined estimate and site visit, included. We rerun your estimate with the real numbers and visit to turn it into a fixed price. The visit costs nothing extra.

I understand the $100 design and measurement fee pays for an EagleView roof report and a manufacturer layout. It is credited to my contract if I go ahead with Solar Seam, and refunded if Solar Seam can't produce a design for my roof.
