From a free estimate to a fixed price.

Start with an instant estimate from your address. When the number makes sense, reserve a detailed design for $100: real measurements, a manufacturer-engineered layout, and a site visit. The $100 is credited to your contract if you go ahead.

What we need from you

Five things, once you reserve

  • Your address.
  • Three to five photos: each roof face, any chimney, skylight or dormer, and your electrical panel with the door open.
  • Twelve months of electric use. One bill with the usage graph is enough.
  • The roof's age and what's on it now, including the number of layers if you know.
  • Your timeline, even if it's "next year."
What happens

Four steps

  1. Instant estimate (free). Planes, pitch, orientation and sun from aerial imagery, an array sized to what you use, and both systems priced side by side. About a minute.
  2. Detailed design ($100). We order an EagleView measurement of your roof, and Roofit or SolRoof engineers the panel layout from it. We rerun your estimate with the real numbers.
  3. Site visit (included). We look at the deck from the attic, check your electrical service, and confirm what the report can't see.
  4. You get a proposal. A fixed price for the base scope, and defined allowances for what nobody can see until the old roof is off. The $100 is credited if you go ahead.

$100, and nothing more until you sign

The design fee is credited to your contract if you go ahead, and refunded if we can't produce a design for your roof. No contract until you accept a proposal. If the numbers don't work for your house, we'll say so.

It isn't a pitch for one product

We install Roofit Velario® and SolRoof FIT VOLT and choose by the roof: pitch, shape, warranty priorities, electronics, lead time and budget.

Timing matters

An integrated roof makes sense when the roof is due. If yours has ten good years left, we'll tell you, and you can plan for later.

Incentives are part of it

We check what your state pays for production. Rates change; eligibility must be verified. The federal homeowner credit ended at the end of 2025.
